Complete Component Overhaul: We provide full teardowns and inspections. Replacing spools and seals as needed insuring a longer life of your directional valve bank. 

Precision Valve Diagnostics: Is your machine losing pressure or drifting? We specialize in diagnosing internal bypass and component failure.  Our consultation services help you identify if a valve can be saved or if a full replacement is necessary. 

High-Performance Seal Replacement: Small leaks lead to big failures. We use premium seal kits and O-rings to ensure every valve and cylinder rebuild meets or exceeds OEM specifications for heavy equipment. 

Problem: Leaking due to old seals. Solution: disassemble, clean, install new seals, reassemble, and test. 

Problem: Dry rotted hoses resulting in leaking and loss of pressure. Solution: Replace hoses.  Tip: If you're having to replace the seals in your cylinder, check the condition of your  hoses as well. 

Problem: Leaking rod seal, pitted rod, bypassing piston seal, wear in bushings. Solution: Braze pitted areas, or replace if compromised

Problem: Loss of pressure at the piston pump due to an internal failure, resulting in loss of power when driving. Solution: repair / replace damaged internal components. 

Problem:  Worn drive gear resulting in accelerated track wear. Solution: Replace the drive gear and track, then check condition of idlers and rollers. 

Problem: Hydraulic return filter, was not replaced within the appropriate maintenance window of 500 hours resulting in excessive back pressure in the hydraulic system causing loss of power. Solution: replace hydraulic filter, check condition of drive belt, if equipt. 

Messy wiring can lead to interruptions in control functions and loss of power. It can also lead to a potential fire hazard. 

Heavy duty battery cable with oxidation, improperly installed terminal connector. Frayed and shorted battery cables cause power loss and starting failure. 

CAT Error Code Diagnostics: We solve the "Machine Down" crisis. We diagnose specific CAT fault codes like 2204-3 to identify failed position sensors and wiring shorts on-site.
